We often get asked this question, but how many of us can put a finger to where we will really be? Do you continue to be in the same industry as what you would have studied for? This doesn't seem to be the case for the Gen Y and Z peeps. I say they dare to be different.
It's quite a sad thing to realize that some part of me has conformed to the majority of the working population - no career planning.
To be honest, I have envisioned where I would like to be in the next 5 years. But to break the hard truth to your direct superior isn't the best choice to make.
